Did a good job and work was quality. Little sad they were not cheaper than the lr dealer. The dealer at least gives you a brand new rover to drive around while the vehicle is being serviced and a nice waiting room with free food/drinks. But over all a positive and good experience.

While we can’t always match the dealer amenities like brand-new loaner vehicles, we do offer a comfortable waiting lounge with couches, drinks, and snacks for shorter visits. On the pricing side, Land Rover Genuine parts can vary depending on availability and sourcing, and as an independent shop we sometimes have to purchase certain items directly through the dealer network. Even so, we’re always upfront about costs before any work is approved, and we stand behind our work with a 2-year / 24,000-mile warranty — double the dealer’s 1-year coverage — to give you added peace of mind. I’m 18 and I recently tried to inquire about any job openings here with one of the employees. I was planning a time to meet with him to have a conversation (as per his offer) and he completely ghosted me and I haven’t been able to get a response since.

I called the Land Rover dealer first, and they told me they won't touch anything older than 2011, another place didn't even listen to my issue, they told me to just bring it in and that they charge $320 for diagnosis. Neither of those people sounded like they really knew anything about the cars. So I called here, and Craig answered my call, and I explained my bizarre issue, and he said "oh yeah I've seen that a bunch" and helped me get squared away and answered all my questions, and pointed me in the right direction, and he said if I needed anything else that I could give him a call. Not only was he clearly an expert, but he also was a pretty chill guy
