I called the Land Rover dealer first, and they told me they won't touch anything older than 2011, another place didn't even listen to my issue, they told me to just bring it in and that they charge $320 for diagnosis. Neither of those people sounded like they really knew anything about the cars. So I called here, and Craig answered my call, and I explained my bizarre issue, and he said "oh yeah I've seen that a bunch" and helped me get squared away and answered all my questions, and pointed me in the right direction, and he said if I needed anything else that I could give him a call. Not only was he clearly an expert, but he also was a pretty chill guy
