A part they installed turned out to be defective. They replaced that part and another potentially defective part under my original repair's warranty with no charge and with considerable labor required. This is a shop that stands by their work. The repair this time appears to be perfect.

Unfortunately I didn't really want to be here but my car needed some work and I had to bring it in. The employees were absolutely wonderful and helpful. I would highly recommend this service center to have your car worked on. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

I have a '95 Range Rover Classic that I purchased a year ago. JC's British & 4x4 has been my trusted partner throughout the process. During pre-purchase, they advised me on what year I should lean towards, as well as common issues I should try to identify prior to purchasing. Once I got my RRC, JC's has exclusively done service work. As they identify issues, they explain what they're seeing thoroughly and help me prioritize what's most important. They are straightforward and go the extra mile to make sure everything turns out how they explained. The end result — my RRC runs better than I ever thought it could.
