I have a 2016 LR4 and have had trouble finding a body shop in Denver I trust. After working with a couple other places, I gave JC's a shot and they did a great job. Don't expect an inexpensive job but that sort of comes with owning a Land Rover. They were very communicative while my car was in the shop with and helped me understand everything going on.

This is a bit of an odd review, but I am in the process of buying a 2011 Range Rover L322 and the Carfax had some issues that I wanted to dress and I called and spoke to Darren and could not have been more impressed! He gave me everything I needed, along with a reassurance that I needed in addition to that he was insanely polite and professional. If I end up buying this vehicle I can promise you this will be the only place that I'll use for servicing.

After my 2000 Discovery II developed a directional lighting problem (directional and emergency flashers not functional) JC's was first choice for diagnosis. Having taken my vehicle to them a decade ago after purchasing it used, and having since moved to northern Colorado, I still preferred taking it to someone I knew and trusted. While it was in their shop I asked them to inspect the entire vehicle condition as it may need replacing rather than repairing. They diagnosed and fixed the directional/flasher along with a requested oil and filter change, then inspected and listed the conditions needing attention. Samantha kept in touch with emails and was available on the phone to expound on what was discovered and exactly how I wished to proceed. I chose to have those items addressed that keep it inspection road worthy until a time and replacement vehicle is decided upon. I so very much respect their professionalism and honesty toward me and my vehicle services I chose to go forward with. Top Notch!

Very professional service from start to finish installing a suspension lift for my Grenadier. From scheduling to assisting with technical recommendations and completing the service on time and to standard, JC's British has earned my trust. They nickel and dime you. My warranty covered everything listed on their invoice I have no deductible and they still insisted on me paying $1,000 out of pocket for some “hose” that didn’t even need to be replaced. We asked them to take off the hose because it was not needed and they stated they can’t do the repairs without replacing the made up hose needed. When we declined to have them move forward with the repairs and just pick up the car we were told it was $300 for the diagnostic. Once we arrived we were told it would be an additional $150 for some “test” they ran but failed to mention it to us beforehand. Horrible. Would not recommend.

It is not uncommon to have extended warranty companies decline repairs and leave the customer having to cover the diagnosis. Wow--I had a Land Rover after-market emergent drive-line imminent failure developing, in the Denver area no less (not my home town), and JC's British was ON IT, not only returning the vehicle to driving condition pending rework of the offending part, but in record time such that no one noticed my absence from my conference that day. Can't say enough about Jeff, Samantha, and the whole team!
